A Reputed Mining industries is looking for GM - Finance at Gujarat (Porbandar) Location
Exp :- 10 to 15 years

Job Description :-
· Financial Restructuring: Assisting in strategizing of schemes. Making financial models, calculations for collective and individual schemes. Replying to queries of banks,BIFR & other agencies/. Managing correspondence with banks and other agencies
· Bank Proposals for various entities (Term loan & working capital): Timely submission of complete, accurate bank proposals and replying to bank queries
· Supervision of forex hedging: Assisting in the inception and formulation of the group’s forex hedging strategy & procedures. Supervision of the company’s hedging portfolio
· General supervision, co-ordination, management and resolution of need based issues on behalf of the finance team and Overall review of the cash flows, MIS, Trade finance matters and other operational matters in Finance Dept
· Interaction and liaison with Bankers of the Group Companies.
· Support for the special activities like Rating , Bank reviews/ renewals of facilities , attending consortium meeting, Insurance
· Need based assignments.
